Partners closely with the bottlers to execute all channel x category plans on time, in full and with impact.
Leads Performance Management routines with the bottler to identify issues/opportunities across channels x categories and orchestrates actions to meet business plan targets (revenue, volume, share & profit).
Champions Execution Excellence with the bottler for all channels, most especially in SMDD and Eating & Drinking.
This role will also lead the Execution Excellence agenda and capability building for all Japan bottlers.
Bottler accountability: Hokkaido & Michinoku
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or related field, Master's degree is preferred.
10+ years of commercial experience with a global consumer packaged goods company
Must have experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and channel execution
Must possess excellent relationship building skills, as well as strategic leadership.
Strong understanding of business financials
