Communications: Develop and/or distribute content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet, digital campaigns) to promote benefits and well-being initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with regional teams and stakeholders to adapt programs for local needs and cultural relevance.
Event Support: Participate in planning and coordination of well-being activities and events as needed, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Administrative Support: Provide general support for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors program in Business & HR related fields, Behavioral Sciences, or Analytics related fields.
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
Passion for promoting health and well-being in a global context
