Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or technical school background is desirable, along with CMRP certification or equivalent.
4+ years of production plant experience with a robust mechanical/electrical aptitude.
Proven ability to estimate labor hours, visualize jobs to be performed, and manage materials effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex situations using tact.
Strong administrative skills coupled with proficiency in mathematical calculations and paperwork management.
Readiness to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
