Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
4-6+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or execution roles.
Foundational understanding of digital media and performance metrics.
Experience working with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills.
