Manage people-related responsibilities: timekeeping, accountability, coaching, and engagement.
Oversee Tier I & II corrective action investigations, collaborating across departments to resolve issues.
Maintain intellectual property, enforce raw material inventory policies, and ensure ERP/SAP transaction accuracy.
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with document control and retention policies.
Initiate process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity, including commercialization of new equipment/products.
Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance repairs for major machinery.
Collect, track, and report key performance indicators for the production area.
Serve as an internal auditor for ISO, KORE, and 5S requirements; ensure OSHA compliance and conduct safety audits.
Identify and resolve operational roadblocks, fostering a collaborative, solution-focused environment.
Follow procedures for isolating defective materials or hold product.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience in a similar supply chain role.
Proficiency in MS Office; strong skills in Excel.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
Knowledge of food safety, quality, GMP, and 5S.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred: experience in food processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing; familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 compliance.
