Support and lead the implementation of our Digitalization Roadmap at Manufacturing processes.
Implement improvements identified in manufacturing areas through root cause problem solving tools eliminating or reducing waste and variability through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
Guide manufacturing processes to ensure work standards and KORE requirements are met.
Evaluate, monitor, and improve the process performance on real-time (OEE & SPC)
Evaluate and improve bottlenecks in manufacturing areas as internal leader of capital projects and capacity maximization.
Enable the identification and implementation of new technologies and processes for continuous improvement
Ensure fixed assets management according to Finance Standard Politics and Procedures (SPP) guidelines
Active participation for capital projects design and implementation
To promote projects to achieve optimal execution of production schedule by reducing MUV and increasing productivity
