Eurasia & Middle East OU: 25 markets, more than 3 bottlers, including 1 of the Top 10 bottlers worldwide.

Experience REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years of Franchise leadership, Commercial & Business experience with savviness of the digital space with proven success records.
- Must have strong general management and strong business profile.
- System knowledge a must, also complex systems understanding.
- Understands how existing and future technologies may leverage Digital Ordering capabilities.
- Strategic thinking, ability to articulate and build shared vision.
- Demonstrated success leveraging data, converting to insights, understanding business implications, and utilizing to influence and gain alignment hence, drive business results.
- Proven ability to create use cases for business metrics.
- Strong ability to understand third-party partners capabilities and transform into growth opportunities.
- Skills to collaborate and align with a diverse set of stakeholders. Experience influencing others and delivering results cross-functionally.
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in digital or business-related field required, MBA preferred.
