This role is responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and secure data integration capabilities that enable analytics, insights, and value creation. You will collaborate closely with platform architects, analytics teams, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data is trusted, accessible, and compliant, while continuously improving data practices and adopting new technologies.
Data Source Discovery, Integration & Enablement
Identify, catalog, and manage diverse internal and external data sources across on‑premise, cloud, SaaS, and third-party platforms.
Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable data integration architectures and pipelines using modern cloud and hybrid technologies.
Partner with IT, platform architects, and DevOps teams to enable connectivity through APIs, data lakes, ETL/ELT frameworks, and middleware.
Oversee onboarding, documentation, lifecycle management, and vendor relationships related to data sources and integration technologies.
Data Quality, Governance & Business Value Enablement
Establish and enforce data quality standards, governance practices, and controls across hybrid and cloud environments.
Lead data profiling, cleansing, harmonization, and standardization efforts using automation and advanced tools.
Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in partnership with compliance and information security teams.
Enable analytics and business teams to transform integrated data into actionable insights, defining and tracking KPIs to measure business impact.
Promote data literacy, support change management, and drive adoption of new data and cloud-driven strategies across TI&SC.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
7+ years of experience in data integration, data management, analytics, or related technical roles, preferably within R&D, innovation, or technical environments.
Technical & Professional Requirements:
Expertise in cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs, ETL/ELT frameworks, and modern data architectures (data lakes, data mesh, hybrid models).
Strong knowledge of data quality management, governance, security, privacy, and risk management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, influence stakeholders, and drive change initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
