upply Chain Finance Governance**
Steward North America Supply Chain adherence to policy standards, contractual terms, and inventory compliance.
Partner with a team of SAP Inventory Analysts responsible for processing, monitoring, and troubleshooting transactions in SAP.
Establish governance KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor compliance, timeliness, and error rates, driving continual improvement.
Partner with IT and process owners to streamline transaction workflows, reduce manual touches, and leverage automation tools.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Champion governance training and provide guidance across North America Supply Chain team to strengthen compliance and strategic sourcing.
Deploy continuous improvement initiatives for inventory compliance processes and act as the internal governance consultant, ensuring readiness for internal/external audit and SOX compliance.
Partner with audit teams to implement corrective actions for identified risks and control gaps.
Analytics & Strategic Insight
Lead efforts to digitize and automate governance reporting, providing leadership with real-time transparency into compliance status and process efficiency.
Develop analytics models to identify recurring issues, root cause trends, and areas for operational savings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory governance issues with operating unit, suppliers, and corporate finance leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
5+ years progressive experience in finance operations or governance roles.
Advanced SAP skills (FI/MM modules) with demonstrated expertise in invoice processing workflows and controls.
Strong understanding of financial systems' governance and regulatory compliance requirements (SOX).
Experience in process design, improvement programs, and automation projects.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and experience building KPI dashboards.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical processes into clear business narratives.
Strong project management and change management capabilities.
