Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (Preferably in Health Care, IT, Business, or a related field) - Marketing, English - Communications.

• 5+ years' experience working in an IT or similar environment required - program mgmt., any tech or software company, product mgmt., ecommerce, digital agencies, etc.

• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management level role preferred, ideally with a cross-functional team.

• 3+ years product, program, or project management preferred.

• Experience with Epic applications MyChart, Tapestry, or Care Link preferred.

• Experience with Health Plans preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

• Agile or lean experience or certification preferred (PSPO, CSPO, SAFe POPM, or similar).

• Must be Epic certified within 6 months of hire.
