**Summary:**  
  
The Executive Assistant I provides administrative and clerical support to an individual in leadership. Responsibilities include routine clerical support as well as producing reports and presentations utilizing various graphic and spreadsheet software applications, coordination and support of regular meetings, special projects and events, meeting minutes and written and/or verbal communication with a wide range of individuals both internal and external to the company and system.  
  
**Qualifications**  
  

-   High School diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelors degree preferred
-   Minimum of 3 years of professional executive assistant experience at board level required
-   Strong ability to work with all levels of staff and in a diverse environment; Able to perform job duties with minimum of direction and supervision; Self-motivated, energetic, confident, good communicator and able to use independent judgment when necessary; Exhibit professional demeanor & attitude; Strong verbal and written skills; Demonstrate intermediate and up to advanced proficiency in use of PC software, including MS Windows, Internet / Intranet and; experience using spreadsheets and graphics.
