Paramedic,Transport

ht paramedics and 3 years clinical experience for an EMT-P/LP and a plan to assess and document the competency and proficiency of the provider to perform in the critical care medical transport environment.

Certification/Licensure:

• Current Texas Certification or Licensure as a Paramedic.

• Current CPR certification.

• Valid Texas Drivers License and Auto Liability Insurance.

• ACLS Certification (within 90 days of employment and maintain).

• PALS Certification (within 90 days of employment and maintain).

• NRP Certification (within 90 days of employment and maintain).

• Stable Certification (within 90 days of employment and maintain).

• TNCC (audit within 6 months of employment, every 4 years thereafter).

• Advanced Certification (FP-C, CCEMTP, C-NPT or TP-C) within 2 years.

• Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (during orientation, every 3 years thereafter).
