compounding, including but not limited to chemotherapy and hazmat medications.

Qualifications:

• High School or Equivalent Required.

• Must have worked a minimum of 1 year in CCMC pharmacy and gained knowledge in advanced areas OR have at least 1 year of sterile compounding experience in a hospital setting.

• A basic knowledge of math, the metric system, pharmaceutical chemistry, and medical terminology is essential.

• A general knowledge of office procedures such as filling and record keeping is essential. Good telephone skills and good oral communication skills are essential.

Certification/Licensure:

• Current PTCB Pharmacy Technician Certification.

• Current Texas State Board of Pharmacy Registration.

• ACPE IV certification required.
