ed to hospital The position will include patient and caregiver education and consultation to other medical professionals, clinics and agencies, both within Cook Children's Health Care System and within the community. Documentation and correspondence pertaining to these services will follow department and system policies. The PT demonstrates quality customer service while interacting with customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree with equivalent experience

• Pediatric and Acute care Experience Preferred

• BLS certification within 30 days of employment required

• State license for physical therapy or eligible for licensure
