Job Location
This is an onsite position located in Galloway, NJ.
Job Responsibilities
Manage WorkFront requests for dealer website updates.
Catalyst Sample Store management:
Catalyst Sample Store Image Update Project - working cross functionally with the Internal Creative Team and Connect 40 Team to update the sample item images on the store to accurately reflect samples.
RDI Dealer Locator Website Clean Up Project: Work with the sales team to verify and clean up dealers listed on the RDI dealer locator website.
Place and track orders through customer service, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Provide program management support for dealer contractor programs (RDI and MS), including mid-year buys and promotions.
Assist with Catalyst, RDI & MoistureShield raw material orders for Connect 40, monitoring order status with customer service.
Manage ad hoc marketing and sales support requests as needed.
Manage Bynder requests for website photos and product information from the Sales Team and customers.
Process First Time User Rebates and support promotional data entry.
Job Requirements
The desire to be challenged with real-world projects.
Student pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or architectural engineering, supply-chain management, business administration, manufacturing, accounting, marketing or related field.
Solid, demonstrated work ethic.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to contribute and work well on a team or independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally.
Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Compensation
$20 an hour
