    Position summary

    loping customer relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors. As a representative of Oldcastle, you will increase company revenue by growing Amerimix and Sakrete product sales. This role requires a proactive, growth-oriented sales professional with a strong focus on new business development, territory expansion, and competitive displacement while continuing to grow and defend existing accounts

    Job Location

    • This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in Phoenix, AZ.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers (dealers & contractors) that leads to increased sales and revenue. Promote, educate, and service their Dry Mix needs.

    • Conduct product demos on job sites to drive demand and convert new business

    • Identify and prospect new customers (dealers, distributors, and contractors)

    • Participate in industry events while representing the Amerimix and Sakrete product lines

    • Prospect and cold-call new accounts through job site visits, referrals, and networking

    • Analyze dealer sales data & buying cycles; collaborate cross-functionally with production, operations, and supply chain teams to support efficient forecasting

    • Manage quoting and deal structure in alignment with company guidelines

    • Utilize CRM to manage pipeline, track prospecting activity, and maintain account info

    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, training and education

    • 3 plus years' related experience managing a multi-million-dollar sales territory

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Experience within the building materials industry preferred

    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

    • High sense of urgency with a competitive mindset and entrepreneurial qualities

    • Travel up to 50%

    • Valid driver's license

    • Fluency in both English & Spanish preferred

    Compensation

    • Base salary $65k-$70k with OTE $100k-$110k

    • Monthly auto allowance and a fuel card
