    Position summary

    he front line of support for Sales and Estimating users in key quoting and drafting processes on the Logik.io software.

    This position will report to the Lead, Enterprise Application Analystand will work closely with the Logik.io development team and Master Data Management (MDM) teams, the service desk, and other IT teams.

    Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for a service focused individual with strong expertise with drafting, estimating and sales, strong business acumen, and outstanding problem-solving skills to join our team as Enterprise Applications Analyst - Sales & Estimating. The Enterprise Applications Analyst - Sales & Estimating, provides hands on delivery of system configuration, set up, and improvements for Oldcastle Infrastructure's applications, specifically Logik.io. In addition, the IT Systems Application Analyst leverages business process knowledge and technology acumen to perform testing of application updates, and troubleshooting of user reported issues. He or she partners closely with strategic business stakeholders and other Information Technology teams to define and lead projects related to application changes, acquisition integration, and enhanced solution delivery.

    Job Responsibilities

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    • Support the Logik.io systems ensuring emphasis on expertise, accountability, and cross functional collaboration.
    • Partner with members of the Salesforce and CPG organization and IT to deliver high quality strategic solutions that enable enterprise process efficiency, visibility, insights and structure.
    • Ensure engagement of all relevant stakeholders and identification of requirements from both a system and process perspective.
    • Manage Salesforce cases and ServiceNow incidents entered by the users to ensure timely response and resolution to issues which may include collaborating with other teams within IT, conducting working sessions with users and performing root cause analysis.
    • Partner with members of the Salesforce and CPQ organizations to deliver high quality strategic solutions that enable enterprise process efficiency, visibility, insights and structure.
    • Support and contribute to the learning of the end users by reinforce training and best practices within the solution.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Travel as needed, 10-20%.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or similar discipline preferred.

    • Manufacturing Background: 2+ years' experience in manufacturing, with a preference for knowledge in precast concrete.

    • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Logik.io, and/or quoting and CAD drafting tools.

    • Experience in a global, complex, multi-national manufacturing environment preferred.

    • Salesforce certification a plus.

    • Strong skills in relationship building among business stakeholders & colleagues.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for translating complex business scenarios.

    • Excellent documentation skills are required including process flows, business requirements, test scripts, and training job aids.

    • Thorough understanding of IT processes specifically change management.

    • General understanding of project management.

    • Insightful and analytical contributor that provides valuable observations.

    • Problem solver with ability to breakdown complex situations and provide solutions.

    • Proactive contributor that can work in fast-paced, growing, and dynamic environment.

    • Advanced analytical, diagnostic, and technical skills.

    • Sitting for extended periods of time.

    • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.

    • Ability to travel (overnight) as required, up to 20%, depending on projects and business needs.

    • Ability to drive up to 4 hours for onsite services and meetings.

    • Must undergo background check and drug testing.

    • The position may require work outside of normal business hours in response to critical incidents or business-impacting project deliverables.

    Salary

    • Salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 and is eligible for performance based bonus opportunities.
