Job Responsibilities
Provide high level executive support to the CRH Strategy EVPs
Maximizing the time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf etc.
Manage the day to day in a small office
Complex calendar management
Event planning and execution including researching venues, negotiating contracts, coordinating activities, sending invites and all other related activities
Plan and schedule all meeting logistics.
Review expense reports
Work with global Executive Assistant team
Manage all travel arrangements
Work on preparing all prep materials for plant visits, meetings etc.
Accounts payable management for President's office
Reservation management
Coordinating tasks with other Executive Assistants when appropriate
Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Managing multiple email inboxes for the EVPs
Availability to travel on occasion.
Job Requirements
10+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment
Work within a diverse team, fostering a culture of trustworthiness with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy and maintain a high level of confidentiality
