Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

• Performs all duties safely and in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures.

• Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies/procedures.

• Practice excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in the site.

• Works as a team member with other employees within the crushing operation to ensure smooth operation.

• Follow directions of the foreperson as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project.

• Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to foreperson.

• Assist in training less-experienced employees on the proper operations, servicing and repair of equipment to further their abilities.

• Properly follow all company policies along with OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment

• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, Saturdays and overtime as needed

• All other duties as assigned.

Individuals must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations, using some combination of skills and abilities. Individuals must be able to recognize and address hazards in the workplace.

Education/Experience

• No formal education necessary.

• Must have extensive loader experience
