    Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

    • Performs all duties safely and in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures.

    • Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies/procedures.

    • Practice excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers

    • Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in the site.

    • Works as a team member with other employees within the crushing operation to ensure smooth operation.

    • Follow directions of the foreperson as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project.

    • Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to foreperson.

    • Assist in training less-experienced employees on the proper operations, servicing and repair of equipment to further their abilities.

    • Properly follow all company policies along with OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment

    • Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, Saturdays and overtime as needed

    • All other duties as assigned.

Individuals must be able to recognize and address hazards in the workplace.

    • Must have extensive loader experience
