Position Responsibilities:
Produce high quality accounting reconciliations and transaction
Provide accurate, timely, and relevant accounting information to the business unit
Execute month-end activities for closing the accounting periods within the agreed timeframe
Utilize SAP to assist in gathering and analyzing data as well as reporting results
Prepare, post, and review journal entries
Working with Business Unit Controllers to ensure timely processing of transactions
Recognize and communicate issues and risks with the team
Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP accounting principles, internal control SOX requirements
Support in the preparation of financial reporting packages and statements
Support the process improvement initiatives and participate in a collaborative team environment
Produce reconciliations and prepare journal entries
Cash management
Inter-company accounting
Joint ventures accounting
Ad-hoc inquires and reports
Participate in various projects
Support as required with preparation of various schedule for auditors
Requirements:
Diploma or degree with specialization in accounting
Enrolled or completed CPA courses, mandatory
Advanced knowledge of (MS Office, Outlook etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
