    Position summary

    and machinery. Candidates for this position should be detail-oriented and willing to learn. This position will work closely with all levels of management and employees to ensure safety and promote our safety culture.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Operate machinery and equipment, inspect, and prepare parts for shipment per SOP/VOP.

    • Notify supervisor of non-conforming products or problems with machine, materials, etc.

    • Communicate production issues with the next shift operator.

    • Follow specific processes and procedures as outlined in SOP/VOP.

    • Assist other operators in setting up machines and other necessary tasks to meet deadlines and complete product.

    • Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED, preferred

    • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

    • At least 1 year of laser operator experience

    • Training in general safety, electrostatic discharge awareness, foreign object damage, awareness, and quality system awareness

    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
