Logik.io Functional Lead - Remote

and Drafting users in key quoting and drafting processes on the Logik.io software.

This role will also support the business in reviewing and cleansing data needed from Materials and BOMS used during the quoting and production process.

This position will report to the Manager of the Sales COE and will work closely with the Logik.io development team and Master Data Management (MDM) teams, the service desk, and other IT teams.

Job Location

This is a remote position that can be located in any state in the US.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the business to support the ongoing updates and improvements to their Logik.io configuration and drawing/visualizations.

• Identify areas where new and/or updated documentation is needed to support the users and provide better clarity on how to handle their daily processes within the Logik.io interface.

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure quick resolution of any cases that require a technical resolution.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Support the Logik.io and MDM teams to validate business specific data and formatting.

• 10% Travel to support with go-lives and data collection at different site locations.

Job Requirements

• Manufacturing Background: 2+ years' experience in manufacturing, with a preference for knowledge in precast concrete.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Familiarity with Logik.io, and/or quoting and CAD drafting tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft suite of tools.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for translating complex business scenarios into documentation.

• Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 and is eligible for performance based bonus opportunities.
