    Position summary

    If you're about to graduate and hungry to lead, learn, and leave your mark-this is your launchpad. The Preferred Materials Leadership Development Program is not your average first job. It's a fast-track, hands-on, career-shaping experience designed to turn high-potential talent into future industry leaders.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Business, Concrete, or related fields)

    • At least 2 years of college or trade school completed

    • Internship/co-op experience in construction or related field (preferred but not required)

    • Strong communication and analytical skills

    • Comfort with Microsoft Office and working long hours when needed
