    Purpose of the role

    The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role involves liaison with third party threading partners to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.

    Key Tasks & Responsibilities

    Coordinate and supervise day-to-day on-site operations, including managing work schedules, tasks, and timelines.
    Ensure that on-site/work activities are carried out as per project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
    Monitor work progress and productivity, making necessary adjustments to meet project milestones and deadlines.
    Ensure that materials, equipment, and tools are available and properly utilized for efficient work execution..
    Collaborate with project stakeholders, including operations teams, engineers, clients, and vendors, to maintain open communication.

    Key Functional Competencies and Relevant Experience

    • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.

    • Ideally an engineering background, tertiary qualification, with 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.

    • Enthusiastic, driven, self-starting, problem solver with a 'can do' attitude and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

    • Must be capable of managing multiple tasks, using their own initiative and able to communicate effectively at all levels.

    • Possess excellent H&S awareness.

    • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level of people in a professional manner and team oriented.

    • High level of integrity, ethics with ability to use discretion in handling proprietary and sensitive information. Resonate with Leviat Group Values.
