curately inputting and maintaining various types of data related to production and other aspects of the manufacturing operation, as well as customer and employee relations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Document Management:
Create, edit, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
Prepare and format reports for internal and external use.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, tours, and employee engagement events.
Coordinate logistics for company activities, including venue booking and catering.
Administrative Support:
Handle incoming calls, emails, meeting invites, and correspondence professionally.
Greet and monitor visitors.
Maintain office supplies inventory.
Assist with filing, record-keeping, and document archiving.
Data & Reporting:
Collect and compile data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all information handled.
Employee Engagement:
Support management in planning team-building activities and recognition programs.
Communicate event details and manage RSVPs.
Other Responsibilities:
Adherence to Standards: Follow established data entry protocols, security measures, and confidentiality guidelines to ensure data integrity and protect sensitive information.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification and implementation of best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency in operations.
Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and production schedules.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
Experience in using computer software, including data entry applications, spreadsheets, and databases (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and security.
