We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Midlands - someone who can spot opportunities, create demand, and become the go‑to partner for builders' merchants and contractors.
What You'll Be Doing
Growing sales and expanding our reach across the Midlands Region
Building strong partnerships with merchants, main contractors, and groundwork specialists
Getting out in front of customers, uncovering needs, and winning high‑value deals
Owning your territory, managing your pipeline, and driving results
Working closely with our HQ team to deliver a seamless, premium service
Using CRM tools (Goldmine & MS Dynamics) to stay organised and ahead of the game
This is a role for someone who loves autonomy, thrives on results, and knows how to turn opportunities into long‑term relationships.
