    About the role

    We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our existing UK Masonry sales team based in Sheffield, UK

    The role is responsible for building & maintaining relationships with customers to make sales and increase profitability. In addition, it is also responsible for encouraging repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions, providing the right solutions alongside excellent customer service.

    The purpose of this role is to build & maintain relationships with customers to make sales and increase profitability. Encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions, providing the right solutions alongside excellent customer service.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Responding to questions and queries both internally and from our customers (telephone, email, video calling, face to face)

    • Preparing quotations - Liaising with Leviat external teams, technical teams and commercial management where required.

    • Proactive quotation follow up calls.

    • Negotiating with customers to secure orders.

    • Liaising with other departments pre and post sale (including finance, operations technical and design)

    Key Competencies & Relevant Experience

    • GCSE (or equivalent) Math's and English grades A-C

    • An enthusiastic person with a can do attitude able to work on own initiative.

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Methodical, organised with ability to prioritise.

    • Computer literate (Particularly Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM)

    • Accurate with good attention to detail.

    • Able to manage and respond to multiple issues at once whilst meeting deadlines

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Desirable skills and attributes:

    • Experience of working in a construction or manufacturing business.

    • Proven track record of account management and converting quotes to orders.

    • Able to read and understand drawings.
