    Position summary

    sowie Bauunternehmer kompetent in technischen Fragestellungen, entwickeln projektspezifische Lösungen und begleiten anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Technische Beratung unserer Kunden rund um den Einsatz unserer Produkte

    • Ausarbeitung projektspezifischer Lösungsvorschläge

    • Durchführung von Kundenterminen zur technischen Verkaufsunterstützung und Projektakquisition

    • Organisation und Durchführung von Produktschulungen, Produktpräsentationen und technischen Trainings

    • Eigenständige Betreuung und technische Abwicklung von Schlüsselprojekten

    • Unterstützung des Sales Teams bei der Übertragung von kundenspezifischen Anforderungen auf unsere Produkte und Systeme

    • Mitarbeit bei der Automatisierung von Arbeitsabläufen und der Optimierung interner Prozesse

    Ihr Profil

    • Abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium (FH / ETH / TU)

    • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Konstruktion und Bemessung im Stahl- und Stahlbetonbau

    • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung oder in einer beratenden technischen Funktion

    • Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Normen (z. B. SIA, Eurocode)

    • Erfahrung in der technischen Kundenberatung und Projektbetreuung

    • Selbständige, strukturierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit

    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

    • Hohe Beratungskompetenz, exakte Arbeitsweise und Kundenorientierung
