    As a Technical Support and Sales Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the design and performance of our market-leading lifting and bracing solutions for the dynamic concrete tilt-up construction industry.

    Your Role

    You will be responsible for evaluating architectural and structural drawings, calculating lifting and bracing designs, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of concrete wall panel systems. Using proprietary state-of-the-art design software, your work helps prevent structural stress and ensures safe installations across a wide variety of projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including engineers, project managers, sales teams, and clients

    • Interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop bracing and lifting designs

    • Prepare bills of materials and take-off drawings for project submittals

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to timelines

    • Provide outstanding technical support and customer service

    • Create quotations using the ERP system and coordinate commercial conditions with the Sales and Country Managers

    Your Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of college-level coursework toward a Bachelor's degree (focus in calculus, statics, and strength of materials)

    • Flexible on experience, though 5+ years in a related field is preferred

    • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and performing structural design

    • Skilled in software including AutoCAD, Revit, Mathcad, and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

    • Able to work independently and complete projects on time

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • A true team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Committed to continuous learning and development

    • Minimal travel required
