What You Will Learn:

• Collaboration with change practitioners, developers, and deployment leads
• Use of learning technologies and virtual collaboration tools in a corporate environment
Job Responsibilities
• Assist with eLearning development and technical training material creation supporting OCM initiatives
• Create deliverables such as eLearning modules, courses, job aids, and course presentations that meet team standards
• Support the development and refinement of job aids and change-related learning materials
• Collaborate with OCM practitioners, developers, and deployment leads to build and update content
• Participate in content reviews to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency
• Organize and maintain training assets within shared platforms
• Support multiple workstreams while adapting to the pace of organizational change initiatives
Job Requirements
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the following majors: Instructional Design / Learning Technologies, Organizational Development, Communications or related field
• Completion of at least sophomore year by internship start date
• Experience with or interest in content development tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar preferred)
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus
• Comfort using remote collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and work independently
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Job Location
This is an onsite position in Atlanta, GA.
Compensation
The hourly pay rate is $25/hr
