PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Warehouse and Logistics Executive is responsible for monitoring and maintaining of daily warehouse and logistics activities. They will also assist in general warehouse and logistics administrative tasks.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage , coordinate and control the daily operation in the warehouse in order to have efficient
warehouse operation.
Review and improve warehouse and inventory procedures and process.
Handle and maintain an efficient stock level.
Check and receive incoming goods, spare parts and raw materials.
Update product/goods inventory, maintain accurate filing and record system for inventor
Place orders requisition as required by sales orders & responsible for sample arrangement
Sales order status monitoring and correspondence with the Customer Service team.
Support and coordinate daily delivery schedule and logistics arrangement including third party
transportation.
Prepare and provide inventory/logistics related report whenever required
Liaise and coordinate with other department to ensure inventory management is at optimum
level
Focus and follow up on ad hoc tasks/projects assigned

KEY FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess at least a certificate diploma or equivalent qualification with relevant experience
High level of integrity, ethics, compliance to CRH policies and related laws and imperative to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and intellectual property of products and services
Related product knowledge in building materials construction accessories
Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement methodologies
Relentless drive, passionate customer focus with high discipline for execution
Great team member able to work with all levels respectfully
Possess good written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate with Microsoft Office
