timely and actionable insights that characterize opportunities and risks and translate into clear management recommendations with associated implications for the business.
Direct work where appropriate through managed resources provided by offshore delivery center ensuring work is appropriately prioritized, meets stakeholder needs and delivered in efficient fashion
Lead continuous improvement efforts of affiliate across business analytics including but not limited to innovation in advanced analytics approaches, identification of new data where required and function capabilities
Facilitate talent development through direct coaching, continuous feedback, and ad hoc learning programs
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Engineering. MBA or PhD or other post graduate degree strongly preferred
at least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Team management responsibility strongly preferred
Experience in customer insights generation, omnichannel orchestration, SFE and advance data analytics.
Commercial experience strongly preferred
