• Ensure preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently.

• Investigate process, plant, and equipment failures, determine the cause of failure, and develop permanent solutions.

• Provide technical advice in Bulk Manufacturing facilities on-site, and also provide support to Filling & Packaging facilities.

• Deliver KPI's relevant to the Bulk Mechanical team.

• Develop close working relationships with personnel in Operations, Electrical & Instrumentation, System Owner Group, Planning & Support Group, and Quality.

• Maintain training and documentation relevant to the mechanical team.

• Provide maintenance and engineering solutions to improve plant and equipment reliability.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar maintenance engineering position.

• Experience in a GMP Pharmaceutical environment would be an advantage but not essential.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role.

• Knowledge of maintenance systems RCM, 5S and TPM and familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.

• Comfortable working an afternoon shift.
