• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, and assist in converting this data into actionable insights for the team.

• Content Creation & Management: Develop and produce various marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, email newsletters, and content for the company website, ensuring all messaging is accurate and compliant with industry regulations.

• Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate promotional events, national congress, CSL Symposiums, webinars, and conferences, managing the logistics and ensuring a strong brand presence.

• Collaboration & Liaison: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical/clinical experts, graphic designers, and product management, to ensure aligned messaging and effective campaign execution.

• Data & Database Management: Maintain and update customer and stakeholder databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, often using VEEVA PROMOMATS & VEEVA CRM tools.

• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities using analytics tools and preparing reports for senior management on key performance metrics.

• Adherence to Budget: Assist in the management of the marketing budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective strategies are employed.

• Project Deadlines: Ensure that all assigned tasks and projects are completed within established timelines and scope.

• Support of Sales Objectives: The work performed should support the sales team in achieving their targets and contribute to products objective.

Your Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or life sciences.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or related industry required.

• Required fluency in Spanish and English, oral and written, to include the ability to read and write emails and communicate effectively with global colleagues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• SAP-PR system management.

• Knowledge of office tools.

• Good interpersonal skills.
