Deine Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für die Master-Produktions- und Supply-Planung für zugewiesene kritische Produkte in einem dynamischen Umfeld

• Zentrale Planungsschnittstelle zwischen Site Operations in Bern und Global Supply Planning, mit Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung zwischen operativer Umsetzung und globaler Strategie

• Erstellung und Steuerung von Kapazitätsplänen inklusive Identifikation von Risiken, Engpässen und Optimierungspotenzialen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Global Supply Planning, Finance, External Supply Operations und Site Operations zur Ableitung von Szenarien, Abwägungen und belastbaren Handlungsempfehlungen

• Pflege und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität von Planungsstammdaten in SAP und Kinaxis / Maestro als Grundlage für Governance- und Entscheidungsprozesse

• Sicheres Agieren in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld, unter gleichzeitiger Wahrung von Geschwindigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

• Aktive Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen entlang der Master-Planning- und End-to-End-Supply-Chain-Prozesse

Dein Profil

• Bachelorabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder einer technischen Fachrichtung

• APICS CPIM-Zertifizierung von Vorteil

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Supply- oder Produktionsplanung, idealerweise in einem pharmazeutischen oder stark regulierten Umfeld

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP und Kinaxis / Maestro (oder vergleichbaren Advanced-Planning-Systemen)

• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Problemstellungen unter Druck strukturiert zu analysieren und lösungsorientiert zu bearbeiten

• Hohe Detailgenauigkeit sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Datenverständnis

• Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, tragfähige Beziehungen zu internen Stakeholdern aufzubauen und zu pflegen

• Durchsetzungsstärke und Überzeugungskraft in funktionsübergreifenden Umfeldern

• Teamorientierte, resiliente und entscheidungsstarke Persönlichkeit in einem schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich)
