• Erstellen von Änderungsanträgen, Koordinieren der nötigen Aktionen sowie Überwachen des Fortschritts

• Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten, die den Fachbereich betreffen

• Erstellung oder Aktualisierung der SOPs, Verfahren und Arbeitsvorschriften sowie Überwachung des Schulungsstatus der Mitarbeitenden

• Untersuchen von Abweichungen und Verfassen von Abweichungsberichten

Sie bringen die folgenden Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen mit:

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches (z.B. Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie) Studium (Uni oder FH) oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fachbereich

• Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Chemie-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie und im GMP-Umfeld

• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe in der Bearbeitung von neuen Themen

• Fähigkeit mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig anzugehen und in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten

• Proaktive Persönlichkeit, die es versteht mit Unsicherheiten umzugehen, bestehende Prozesse zu hinterfragen und Vorschläge einzubringen

• Teamfähige Person, die klar und offenen kommuniziert und ihre Stakeholder aktiv einbindet

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
