    Position summary

    ter data operations, ensuring timely contract setup, account creation, and compliance with affiliation structures (PBGs, GPOs)

    • Maintain deep expertise in GPO and PBG alignment to support commercial accuracy and strategic execution

    • Partner with stakeholders across sales, supply, distribution, operations, and compliance to align processes and initiatives

    • Set strategic direction for data governance and operational processes within the US Customer Service organization

    • Manage and develop the Data Control team, driving performance, professional growth, and team alignment

    • Review escalated cases, resolve issues, and implement preventative process improvements

    • Ensure processes meet all regulatory, corporate, and industry standards

    • Monitor service delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and lead continuous improvement efforts

    • Deliver insights from customer data to inform business strategy and optimize service delivery

    • Manage multiple high-impact projects and priorities in a dynamic environment

    • Champion innovation and calculated risk-taking to advance operational capabilities

    The Sr. Manager, Customer Master Data Management is a high-visibility leadership role where your expertise in customer master data and affiliation management will directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the US business.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field

    • At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry; experience with vaccines and/or biologics is strongly preferred

    • Proven ability to navigate and adapt in a fast-paced, complex business environment (minimum 3 years)

    • Preferred experience relevant to order-to-cash processes, customer account setup and data governance, and contract implementation

    • Preferred experience with alignment of customer affiliations, including Physician Buying Groups (PBGs) and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
