• Du führst anspruchsvolle logistische Tätigkeiten im pharmazeutischen Umfeld nach GMP-Vorgaben aus.
• Du erstellst Kennzahlen, Reports und Konzepte, entwickelst diese weiter und bringst eigene Ideen für die Optimierung der Intralogistik ein.
• Du unterstützt aktiv bei Projekten und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse bei.
• Du führst das Team operativ und übernimmst Verantwortung im Tagesbetrieb.

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker:in EFZ sowie eine fundierte Weiterbildung (z. B.: Logistikfachmann/-frau / Betriebswirtschafter:in) - dies ist ein Muss.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik, idealerweise im regulierten Umfeld (Pharma/Lebensmittel). Erste Berührungspunkte mit GxP sind ein Plus.
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP S/4HANA) sowie LVS-Systemen (z. B. LaSoft).
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau A2-B1.
• Sehr genaues, äusserst zuverlässiges und hohes qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten.
• Eine echte Leader-Persönlichkeit: Du führst gerne operativ, packst mit an und teilst die Vision, unsere Inhouse-Logistik stetig zu optimieren.
• Im Besitz des SUVA-Staplerausweises.
