    • Support Engineering with Technical Insight : By contributing to equipment evaluations, facility upgrades, and instrument specifications, you'll influence decisions that enhance test capabilities and accuracy.

    • Maintain High Operational Readiness : Your proactive approach to test stand installation, troubleshooting, and equipment upkeep will ensure the lab operates smoothly and is always ready for critical testing.

    • Drive Continuous Improvement : Your hands-on experience and feedback will help refine testing procedures and methodologies, improving efficiency, safety, and repeatability.

    • Contribute to Product and Process Development : By delivering actionable data and insights, you'll play a key role in advancing product innovation, safety, and reliability.

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience in an appropriate STEM field is required.

    Regionally applicable certification or two year Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study may be required.

    This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience:

    Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Additional Information:

    • This position is for Second Shift (2pm to 10pm CST) Full time, 100% on site

    • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems

    • Basic knowledge of Diesel Engines and Aftertreatment Components preferred

    • Basic knowledge of computers and computer programs preferred

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs

    • Ability to multitask many projects or assignments at the same time
