Coach, mentor, and develop the team with clear expectations, real-time feedback, and skills cross-training-building bench strength, engagement, and a high-performance culture.
Enhance communication and accountability via daily tier meetings, visual management, and KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale), ensuring everyone understands goals and roles.
Execute projects and work assignments as group lead-scoping objectives, coordinating resources, tracking milestones, and sustaining gains to lock in measurable, repeatable results.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
College, university or equivalent degree required, or equivalent experience required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Supervisory experience preferred.
