You should be able to :
• Establish a professional relationship with customers to increase the loyalty of Cummins products.
• Understand contact center policies and procedures.
• Comfortable with a variety of software.
• Bilingual French/English (written and spoken) is required for this position.
• Having previous experience in this industry and customer service is a must.
• Some knowledge of the different industries we work with (marine, automotive, industrial, power generation, etc.) as a whole is an asset.
About the position:
• This is remote position (must reside in Canada).
• Work schedule from 11am-8pm Monday to Friday (Eastern Time).
• Salary starting at $55000 annually.
