QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Basic Electrical Knowledge: Understanding circuits, wiring, and how to troubleshoot electrical issues safely.
Plumbing Skills: Familiarity with pipe systems, drainage, and repair techniques for leaks and clogs.
Handyman Skills: Proficiency in basic carpentry, drywall repair, and general building maintenance.
Safety Procedures: Understanding safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe tool handling and Tools and Equipment:
Familiarity with a range of tools (hand and power tools) and how to use and maintain them safely.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
