    Position summary

    s.

    • Lead the team in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional business requirements across multiple aspects (process, information, events, socio-political, and location).

    • Drive requirements management activities, ensuring stakeholders understand and approve changes.

    • Conduct solution assessments and validations to ensure technical specifications align with business needs.

    • Collaborate with testing teams to review test plans and methodologies, mitigating risks and ensuring solutions meet all requirements.

    • Analyze and resolve complex problems, serving as a point of escalation for non-routine issues.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and downstream technical process teams.

    • Coach and mentor less experienced business analysts to foster growth and ensure best practices.

    • Employ Business Relationship Management practices to deliver measurable business value.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Experience:

    • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in IT strategy, systems design, and technology transformation.

    • Proven experience managing budgets for technology delivery.

    • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, ERP systems, and analytics.

    • Strong understanding of distribution and channel partner operations.

    • Good understanding of Aftermarket (Understanding on sales & service),distribution business.
