    Position summary

    inates with different corporate departments (such as AP, AR, Tax, Payroll) (local and international Business Units) to ensure the integrity of the accounting during month end close.

    • Participating in the annual Physical inventory.

    • Responsible to coordinate Internal Controls within the Finance Team.

    • Attendance to External audits.

    • Prepare complex financial analyses, reports, and special studies to support management decision-making.

    • Partner with business leaders to develop annual budgets, expense forecasts, staffing plans, and statistical reporting.

    • Consolidate and analyze financial performance data, including variance explanations and cost analysis.

    • Transition and integration from Meritor to Cummins Process.

    *To be successful in this role you will need the following: *

    • 5-8 years of proven experience preference in manufacturing companies, as a Finance Analyst, Finance Business Partner, Cost Analyst or related.

    • Accounting, Financial reporting, Oracle, advance excel, word, power point (Office)

    • Advance English

    • Strong accounting fundamentals (P&L, Balance Sheet, accruals and provisions).

    • US/MEX Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

    Nice to have skills:

    • Power BI

    • Expertise in financial models (data analysis, macros, dashboards)

    Qualifications

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    University degree in Accountant, Business Administration or Finance.
