    Position summary

    provide summary level reporting to senior management. Interpret complex financial data by analyzing trends, variances, opportunities and risks to provide insight to stakeholders regarding financial impact to drive business improvement. Evaluate financial results against targets to communicate conclusions to all stakeholders including analyzing and reporting actuals. Ensure the integrity of financial data by investigating variances and determining corrective actions to resolve identified issues. Utilize financial forecasting data to provide forward looking projections to facilitate decision making regarding planning. Partner with stakeholders to analyze financial trends and validate assumptions to provide a forecast that aligns with the organization's goals. Analyze complex financial data and prepare and present financial information by summarizing data to communicate results in compliance with regulations and stakeholder expectations. Utilize US Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (US GAAP) to evaluate US accounting standards to record transactions in compliance with requirements and company policies. Assess accounting requirements and objectives to determine implications on the business. Develop financial models to evaluate the profitability of new business initiatives, pricing agreements and use discounted case flow techniques.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Positions require a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Accountant, or related position. Experience to include: Financial analysis and reporting; Annual budget process; Financial data statistical reporting and cost analysis; Oracle ERP R12, and Hyperion Enterprise/Retrieve to manage month/end Journal entries, department expense reporting; Variance Analysis; Actuals reporting and analysis; Financial data integrity; Financial forecasting and planning; Analyze financial trends and validate assumptions; US Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (US GAAP); Accounting requirements and objectives.
