    Position summary

    hrough the customer service and field service managers.

    • Engages and collaborates with the various business segments and functions leaders to align on the country's strategic initiatives to develop shared objectives and resolve cross-functional challenges that may impact organizational success.
    • Set challenging goals and manages the business towards the Annual Operating Plan, monitors the branch's balanced scorecards, profit and loss and asset metrics.
    • Implements operating policies and procedures across multiple functional areas including customer service, service operations, finance, quality control, purchasing, Inventory management, and human resources.
    • Focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence and addressing customer concerns.
    • Drives strategic projects and initiatives for continuous improvement and to improve operational efficiencies.
    • Manages compliance with Health, Safety and Environment standards and audits.
    • Develops and motivates people managers. Set challenging work plans and individual development plans, building high-functioning teams, aligned to Cummins' Values.
    • Develops a deep understanding of all of Cummins' businesses.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • College, University, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business or related field required. Advanced degree in Business or related field preferred
    • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification required .
    • Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.
