    Position summary

    lows and improve process efficiency

    • Coordinate with IT Infrastructure teams for server, network, and cloud readiness for digital deployments

    • Work on MES-ERP (Oracle preferred) integrations and data exchange

    • Write, review, and optimize SQL queries ; support database management

    • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues; perform root-cause analysis and continuous improvement

    • Ensure compliance, documentation, cybersecurity, and change management for digital systems

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or equivalent

    • 3-5 years of experience in MES or Manufacturing IT Systems

    • Experience working in a plant or shop-floor digital environment preferred

    Key Competencies

    • Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset

    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration

    • Ability to operate independently at the plant site

    • Passion for digital transformation and Industry 4.0 technologies

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Must-Have Skills

    • Strong hands-on experience with Apriso MES

    • Solid understanding of SQL and databases

    • Working knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts (IoT, automation, connectivity, real-time data)

    Good-to-Have Skills

    • Power BI , Power Apps , Mendix

    • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud)

    • Experience with Oracle ERP integration

    • Understanding of shop-floor systems such as SCADA, PLC connectivity (Industry 4.0 advantage)
