ing and foundry areas. The incumbent reports to the Team Lead and may be required to work flexible hours to support the production process. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting production machiner yand operating it in a safe manner, performing well in a team environment, and committing to 5S standards (sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain), TPM (total preventative maintenance) and CI (continuous improvement) culture.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
• Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.
• Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
• Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke and visual standards.
• Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
