    Position summary

    • Contribute to project execution by supporting planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.

    • Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and help resolve issues in collaboration with different teams.

    • Assist in budget tracking, risk identification, and overall project analysis using quality tools.

    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

    • Maintain accurate project documentation and share key learnings to support continuous improvement.

    • Follow all safety procedures during implementation and daily activities.

    • Reporting the implementation progress to the Management.

    To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

    • More than 2 years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer prefered in New Product Introduction.

    • Experience in manufacturing documentation processes, including FMEA, Control Plans , and process documentation.

    • Experience managing purchase orders and supporting procurement-related activities.

    • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a global environment.

    Nice to have skills (desirable):

    • Experience in machinery implementation and new process development.

    • Experience in project management using Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.

    • Experience in SPC (Statics Process Control)

    • Minitab experience

    • 4.0 Industry: MES/IoT para trazabilidad y data

    Qualifications

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.

    Experience:

    • Experience in project management using Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.

    • Experience in machinery implementation and new process development.
