    Position summary

    ojects and initiatives; supports the development and maintenance of payroll process documentation.

    • Ensuring that payroll is prepared according to internal processes and payments are calculated and paid accurately and timely; ensuring that proper taxes and other deductions are withheld.
    • Administrating and reviewing allowances and withholdings, taxes, and other income and deductions.
    • Led continuous improvement projects and initiatives, supporting the development and maintenance of payroll process documentation.

    About you:

    You will ideally have a Payroll administration, Payroll analysis, or Human Resource background and experience within a manufacturing, logistics, and/or Supply Chain Management environment, however, if you enjoy and can evidence a basic level of analytical skills, attention to detail, resiliency, and strong communication skills along with an interest in being part of a global organization, we'd love to hear from you. Here are some of the other skills and competencies we'd like you to have:

    • BA and/or MA degree in Human Resources, Business, or another related transferrable field.
    • Relevant work experience in the HR and/or Payroll domain.
    • Strong knowledge of The Dutch Statutory legislation and taxation.;
    • Ability to work independently using your own initiative and prioritizing the workload as well as together with the team.
    • Fluency in Dutch and English, as these are our main business languages used on the site.
